Material characteristics
High borosilicate glass material: High borosilicate glass is known for its low coefficient of expansion. Compared to ordinary glass, it is less prone to cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction when the temperature changes rapidly. The thermal expansion coefficient of this type of glass is usually around 3.3 × 10 ⁻⁶/K, which can withstand large temperature differences.
High whiteness feature: Glass presents a high whiteness appearance, thanks to the use of its ultra white floating process. During the production process, the iron content of the raw materials is strictly controlled, resulting in extremely low iron content in the glass, far lower than that of ordinary glass. This not only eliminates the phenomenon of green light emission from the source, but also greatly improves the transparency and purity of the glass. When light passes through the glass, there is almost no loss, and the transmittance can reach 99.9%, making the indoor lighting effect excellent. It can allow sunlight to enter the space in the most authentic posture, creating a bright and transparent environment for the interior.

Performance advantages
High temperature resistance: This glass has excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 800 ℃ -1000 ℃. In high-temperature environments, it can maintain stable physical and chemical properties without softening, deformation, or decomposition.
High transmittance: The extremely high transmittance is a major highlight of this product, with a transmittance of nearly 99.9%, much higher than ordinary glass. This means that whether used for indoor lighting or as optical instruments, display windows, and other scenes that require high quality of light transmission, it can make the field of view clearer and brighter, and truly restore the color and details of the observed object. For example, in high-end display cabinets, using this high transparency tempered glass can provide better display effects for exhibits and attract consumers' attention.
The high strength brought by tempering treatment: After being physically tempered at 620 ℃, a compressive stress layer of up to 400MPa is formed on the surface of the glass, which makes the impact strength of the glass five times that of ordinary glass. Even under external impact, glass is not easily broken. If it breaks, its fragments will form a round and blunt honeycomb shape, greatly reducing the risk of cuts to the human body. This high strength and safety are particularly important in applications that come into close contact with people, such as building doors and windows, furniture glass, etc., which can effectively ensure the personal safety of users.

Application scenarios
Fireplace observation window: It is an ideal choice for fireplace observation windows due to its high temperature resistance, high transparency, and good mechanical strength. While enjoying the warm flames, users can clearly observe the burning of flames in the fireplace through the glass, enhancing the user experience while ensuring safety.
Industrial equipment observation window: In high-temperature industrial equipment, such as chemical reaction kettle observation windows, high-temperature kiln observation holes, etc., the glass's high temperature resistance and high transparency are fully utilized, making it easy for operators to observe the reaction and operation status inside the equipment in real time, ensuring the smooth progress of the production process.
Laboratory instruments: In laboratory environments, glass components with high temperature resistance, high transparency, and good chemical stability are often required. This product can be used to make observation windows for experimental instruments, visible parts for reaction vessels, etc., meeting the tolerance to temperature changes during the experimental process and the need for clear observation of experimental phenomena.
